Experience with Short Term Private Equity Lenders
I hope this isn't considered trolling, as that's not the intention.
I'm developing 2 to 4 Very Large Vacation Homes / All Inclusive Wedding Venues per year and am looking to forge a relationship with a Private Equity Based Lender to effectively make it happen.
I have a comprehensive prospectus including bio, appraisal, bpo and any other info/ppwk that a lender could want, digitized and standing by for emailing.
This is a very unique and extremely profitable business model that will allow our management to easily outperform the prospectus.
What experiences have you all had with actually getting this done.
I know there are a lot of brokers and hard money guys out there, but I wonder who successfully gets this done?
