I receive an email from the property manager with my move out packet some instructions. 1 of the instructions was to have a "move-out-inspection" the guy that always did the inspections.

He has promised countless times over several months (5 months to be exact) to come back to us with "a proposal by the end of this week" via email on 11/28/23 and "we will get this wrapped up this week" via email on 12/11/23 - and we are already in the first week of February 2024 without a proposal and without any progress in coming to a resolution.

Those promises quoted are only from one email chain of ours - I have record of multiple others I’d be happy to provide to everybody and anybody interested.

I have a duplex with them that has on unit now running into 3+ months vacant with no work order estimates, poor communication, ignored emails and texts. 

I went ahead and emailed you! 

I sent him an email informing him that I was deducting the cost of the repair from his SD.

Meaning, when they said no the first time around, was this in email or text format.

There  are a few general signs and an occasional email when people complain...bottom line they really dont enforce it.

Anyways so what Natalie said up there is just its a temporary exemption on 6+ freshly planted fruit trees intended to not tax you for improvements (Fruits trees) before they produce.
