Some maps show that West Hill doesn't exist, but the characteristics of that neighborhood, whether it was combined with Highland Square or not, still remain.So, if the property falls into one of those neighborhoods, you may have room for a rent increase; however, if it does not, You might be looking at 400-425.

There shouldn't be that many using the service if you pre-screen well -- I rent to the first tenant that fits my criteria, so I don't have a ton of fall-through.I do also think that checking their social media profiles and check their references as part of the application process is a good idea, as well.

If they leave windows open or back entrances unlocked, thermostats turned way up when testing the heat, Fridges/freezers not closed all the way, Bring in 4 kids who are running around and knocking holes in walls and tripping down steps (that they later blame on a piece of pulled up carpet) it all falls on your dime.
