I haven't cleaned the ducts yet but I just had the outdoor AC unit and indoor coil replaced and HVAC guy said he didn't think the ducts is the problem.

Almost all new construction for the "rental machines" on OBX and a FL panhandle beach area I'm familiar with is 1 bath/BR + powder room and enclosed outdoor shower.

And our place is VERY well stocked with a full kitchen and amenities guests really appreciate like a gas grill, outdoor furniture for the patio.

I did a bit of research and found another guy who strictly traps animals outdoors.

There is so much to do including the theme parks, golf and many other types of outdoor recreation, performing arts, and the Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Gulf Of Mexico beaches on the east and west coasts are only a little over an hour away.  

As applies to us - we're not fans of huge cities - smaller 'homey' cities are more our vibe - ones that we could invest in yet easily live outside of and have a bit of land for gardening/blacksmithing and general outdoor pursuits.

Food will not be left outdoors.4.

I bumped into a guy during my travels last week that owns an outdoor RV parking/storage area.

I need an experienced real estate veteran to advise me… I have a small outdoor bar business that does well when the weather is good.
