I really need to build
I need an experienced real estate veteran to advise me… I have a small outdoor bar business that does well when the weather is good. However, living in Columbus, Ohio, the weather is unreliable. I desperately need to build a building that will be shelter from the elements. Any advice on how to raise capital to do such a project?

Can you share any more info with us?
I assume you do not intend on moving, but for instance can you move into a building next door and cut a new doorway into your operation?
Can you provide an address for a google drive by?
Will zoning allow you to build?
Will you need a new (type of) liquor licence, or dance permit or etc... if you go inside.
What about buying a second venue (indoors) that's already operating and putting your "Stamp" on it, while operating the original business as is?
