I always tell people NOT to pay for SEO, I am the biggest advocate of everyone doing it themselves EVEN if I run an SEO company.

My goal was to create SEO focused landing pages for buyers and I think this works for that. 

This will not only drive traffic to your website, but will also help you with SEO as google and youtube will "find" you and start ranking you higher.

FRBOsYou can call, door knock, mail, or attract them with PPC or SEO to your website.

Once you start getting deals you can try to do SEO to bring in more traffic.

I am not saying that the info you will get in ANY system is completely useless, but I am saying that you need to beware of these "guru's" that will allegedly teach you to set up some "automatic" or "effortless" system that will make you wealthy in real estate.

This usually is easier to capture return guests to book with you as opposed to competing with the top companies and the million dollar SEO budgets that they use to come up under and search you could think of for vacation rentals.

Someone who's overweight and struggling to get in shape might resent their friend who seems to effortlessly have six-pack abs. etc., etc.   

I’d get a Bungalow as a plan B, plan A being finding a room through The Listings Project or an app like Roomi (found the apartment I’m living now effortlessly.)
