There are a multitude of benefits joining an experienced group of syndicators: networking and finding partners (multifamily is a sports game), credible source for vendors for everything you need (Prop Management, Contractor, Cost Segregation, Loan Brokers, Water Conservation programs, SDRIA, security lawyers, etc. etc.). 

I have a baseball coaching business and love all sports.

Not just in sports, but in business and in life. 

I also have a passion for building businesses, working out, inspiring others, technology, sports, and people.

To me real estate is a team sport...get people on your team who are the experts....and you're the conductor...or the GC....GCs do the same thing....they don't go get a master license in each discipline....electric, plumbing, HVAC, etc....they just run the show.

There is also a large sports complex being built in Celebration Pointe that will bring in people from all over the state that will need hotels/short term rentals. 

Servers/Bartenders, sports & entertainment venue workers, etc being most affected as opposed to an entry level hospital employee or someone who works at Walmart.

.#2...others you know in your database...phone, Linkedin, FB, IG or any other database you have access to, like church, frat, old workplace, college alum, HS alum, any other group you were or are apart of....sports team, country club, school clubs, etc.#3...next is getting in front of people who are most likely to sell or buy.....we don't have to tell you who those people are....you need to think about them....the easist most people work are FSBOs and Expired if there are any around you, but plenty of others.

Right now the best markets are in the middle of big cities right next to big large event areas like sports stadiums hehe.
