on multi id rather the tenants go to the laundry mat  but of coarse most just wash their clothes in the bathtub 

At one of my complexes we had tenants that started washing their clothes in their unit because the cost of the washer went up 50 cents.

Or if you were the owner who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on professional decorations, table clothes, silverware, real estate rent, taxes, insurance, etc. and some $5 subway folks come in and take up space that other customers would otherwise occupy so they can schmooze/network with clients to attempt to make themselves rich? 

I bought everything that lady had in the apartment except her clothes. 

Obviously had way to many clothes on that thing.

Work clothes with paint on them.

This sounds like Americans will likely have $1000/ month more of new shoes, clothes, and gadgets to me.

Understand that in each of these coverage types above, the unit owner and the renter need their own coverage for ANY contents they own and bring into the unit (couches, tables, clothes, jewelry, etc.). 

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

With his voice, the dude sounds like he should be selling clothing on Men's Warehouse commercials ("Your gonna like the way you look").
