Building a coin op laundry room for tenants

hi all,

 I just acquired a 16 unit. They are all 1 x1. No laundry hookup.

I have space to build. Has anyone added a coin OP laundry building?

If so how big, cost to build, cost to operate and is it worth it or profits?;)

Thanks

@George Genovezos

Would you mind sharing the details (funding, acquisition, cap rate etc.) of your 16 unit? I’m currently operating out of San Antonio looking to scale up. Even though Bedford is 4 hours away and our markets complete opposites I love hearing and sharing experiences. I think that’s what makes BP such a great platform.
