Then get an agent and start analyzing properties, make an offer and watch yourself become addicted!

It gets pretty addictive.

Unbelievable, plus I own several apartment buildings and all those units increased in value.The reason I am telling you all this is because if you want to be a good real estate agent then don't limit yourself to doing what your broker and everyone else does.

So, basically the value of this unbelievable all white brick and stucco house with two fireplaces and a mancave with a Vermont casting ceramic stove was limited by the comparable properties around it.  

Example:The house across the street from me belonged to an old lady who shared it with her drug addicted son.

With just those points, this is like the most unbelievable perfect scenario for a home and investment property (actual solid returns in 3-5 years).Biggest problem, affording it. 

I am not looking for any handouts Or any money just looking for a helping hand losing my son and everything I’ve worked for scares me real estate has taught me a lot I love it and the people I’ve met throughout this process is unbelievable but one thing we all share in common is we did this for our families so that we can do more for them in  ..So the help I need If there’s any investors out here in the North Carolina area that has a property that I can lay my head put my mind together so I can hit the ground running .
