We will post the next meetup here on BP once we get the speaker and place set up - itll be Fri June 2nd at 6:30 - were just finalizing the topic and venue. 

Guest speakers at these events also share a lot knowledge & I usually gain a couple of nuggets of information each time I attend. 

It seemed to be a great opportunity for networking and getting to hear speakers come in and discuss real estate, so I am all for it.

Go to meetup.com and find the Diversified Investor Group (DIG) page from which you can see most if not all of the subgroups that are sponsored by DIG; you can see the location in case you want to be at a meeting close to other places where you are familiar; you can see dates and times to see what best fits your schedule; and you can send a message to the subgroup leader / host asking what the topic or speaker will be for that upcoming month.There is no main / general DIG meeting in the month of November.

What you need is a pep talk from yourself to yourself, become a self instructed motivational speaker, if you will.

For starters come over tonight to the LaPizzeria in Canton at 5:30pm, for not only a great dinner, but at 7pm hear from a fantastic speaker - OREIA President Jeff Rickerman give his presentation on the proper ways of dealing with contractors! 

The speaker was very high powered attorney in swfl that has been doing these for a couple years.

They typically have national speakers, network session, provide a newsletter, etc.

Many of the big speakers give you tid bits of information to try and get you to buy additional thigns from them.
