Hi, I have a question like in lease it's mentioned that if tenant sue landlord and judge dismiss the case in that case tenant has to pay for landlord's attorney fee.then later tenant sues the landlord over security deposit dispute but loses the case.in the courtroom judge says case is dismissed , so at what point tenant pays for landlord's attorney fee.because during the court session attorney fee's was not discussed, will landlord now sue tenant in a new case for attorney's fee retrieval.

Now I’m not a lawyer and this is just my understanding but we had a situation like this where I was the seller and in the end the buyer evicted and was able to do so and that has been since the last legislative session ended.
