New in Knoxville

Hi Everyone!

I live in Knoxville, TN and am looking for my first flip. I've looked at many properties, made a couple of offers, but have not landed my first deal yet. I've been visiting BP for a few months and just wanted to say thanks to all who freely share your experience and insight. It has been invaluable to me! Thank you @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for creating such an educational forum...I would be lost without it. Your podcasts are super helpful and entertaining:)

I also want to mention to anyone who lives in the Knoxville area and has yet to attend a KnoxREIA meeting, it is well worth your time. I attended my first meeting last week and made some excellent contacts. Thanks Victor Jernigan for leading this group and for facilitating such a great Q&A session last Tuesday.
