It provides the perfect amount of together time with some breathing room.The vacations I have had with my extended time that were the most relaxed and successful were when each family unit had their own private space that we could retreat to at the end of the day.

In a very relaxed setting you are encouraged to interact with everyone else.

This is really simple Mike.Move there, put up a hammock and relax a little bit.Then take your income and use that to invest in other real estate.I'm investing so that one day I can have a paid for place just like this one that I can pass on to my kids.

.- Be very relaxed about things that don't matter and VERY FIRM with things that do matter:  I have a 0 tolerance policy for parties, loud noise past 12 pm. etc.  

Relax, if you have a deal worked out, do it properly and protect yourself.

Financing isn't your problem here but rather competition in the form of cash, foreign money eager to get into the US and developers who can muscle you out (here the financing does come into play as a developer is a safer bet and a long term return client).If you focus closer in to the city go for the best property possible.

It's a very relaxed environment.  

I couldn't be happier, plus I now have a cottage I can go to when I feel like relaxing with the family and kids. 

If a tragic event happened in their life at a specific time the growth could have stopped at that point.A therapist allows you to flex your mental muscle and break the legacy of bad habits from the past.We all pick up good habits and bad habits from our parents.The goal is too get rid of the bad with better solutions and keep or refine the good things to make better.Your son needs to change his environment.I wish you all the best and will pray for you.
