These deals are actually all over the place in Michigan right now because property values have plunged, but rental rates have not.Scott W. is correct that things have improved significantly in 2012 and prices are going up, but there is still a ways to go and there are still plenty of deals to be had.You should obviously do you homework and make sure there aren't any hidden pitfalls, but I can verify for you that this kind of cash-on-cash return is certainly feasible.
