Here's the harsh truth. 

@Kris Russell  some harsh stuff here, but it doesn’t look like a flip.

It's nasty, hot/cold work in confined spaces, heights, noise, chemical pollution, etc. 

Things to keep in mind about harsh climates like Alaska is that they are hard on everything-cars, property, the people sometimes.... 

Sorry to be harsh but this has disaster written all over it, especially if you did zero deals. 

If you feel they're being too harsh, think about their intent.

I know this may sound harsh, but that is the reality.
