You have what we call a lot of (hair) on the deal meaning many problems.

I realize it would be pretty difficult but I see some of the stuff that gets through sometimes and it really makes me scratch my head.

Can you imagine a whole shopping center with Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Hair Solone, McDonald's, Tire Shop, Auto parts store, your friendly real estate office, etc all GONE with all the residences houses full of memories and the roofs over everyone around their head is/could be GONE in a matter of a few minutes.

You need the pro stuff.

I found podcasts and BP more recently but I had learned most the big stuff by then lol.

Do poor people benefit from all the free stuff?

Appliances are cheap in the grand scheme of things and tend to get better tenants with new stuff.

The remaining $47k is a bunch of other stuff like new HVAC, sewer lateral, electrical, chimney removal, siding, water heater, relocate gas meter, etc.

All i did was look at stuff around the neighborhood and got pretty lucky.

So I hatched a plan...I will start with old stuff laying around my home I don’t use.
