I'm a pilot in the Air National Guard by day, wannabe real estate investor by night.

He was a contractor owned the PM company very button down guy..walked up to the first deal Not sure if we were north or south of 8 mile but it seemed OK to me.. there is a security guard checking ID's  I said why are you doing that.. he said they determined that the contractors or the workers for the contractors would put in new materials and such during the day then come right back at night and steal them.Can you imagine out of area owner in Memphis :)  airconditioner goes in one day next day its gone... copper gone.. so on and so forth..Even on my new builds..  

I think there's a guard shack at the entrance or at least a guard to keep people out.

As far as the ice and water guard accordin to residential building codeRBC, ice and water guard has to cover 2 feet past your exterior wall.

I wasn't aware of the gutter cleanings or inspection charges when I signed up with them so that caught me off guard.  

In order to pay for my college education I joined the Army National Guard as an Engineer. 

Is there anyway I can include him on the transaction that’ll safe guard us and also compensate him for his work? 

I currently work for the City of Los Angeles/ Army National Guard and commute daily from the Moreno Valley area.

I’m currently active duty In the coast guard and moving to Seattle in June.
