Hello,

I'm a new member from Belleville, IL. I'm a pilot in the Air National Guard by day, wannabe real estate investor by night. My dad, who is now semi-retired, was a carpenter throughout my high school and college years and I spent a lot of time remodeling houses with him. I have a Business Management degree with a specialization in entrepreneurship and I'd love to meld my risk/reward personality with my love of fixing houses. I make good money and I have been socking away my seed money, and I'm ready to make my first purchase. I've spent a long time lurking here, learning from and being inspired by the articles and posts. Looking forward to becoming an active member of this community.
