Hooah BP Community, I'm 29 years old with a small family and I'm eager to gain knowledge and would like to transition from a day to day job into the real estate investing / sales career path. I currently work for the City of Los Angeles/ Army National Guard and commute daily from the Moreno Valley area. I am currently in the process of getting my Real Estate licenses and after reading Rich Dad poor Dad a while ago, (as many of the Bigger Pockets members have) I decided I wanted to get out of the Rat Race and use real estate as a tool.  I plan to become a full time agent/investor and would like the guidance of those willing to share.
