I’m not going to throw the baby out with the bath water, though, and you won’t see me calling anyone names, not the partner who burned me out of nearly $50K on a JV flip, not investors fresh out of seminars who ask me to find them specific deals but freeze up and don’t pull the trigger when I bring them what they ask for, and not even people who try to demean me in a public forum because of my chosen profession.

Thank you for the replies.I have spoken to my insurance, and they say that thus far the claim is simply open and the tenant has chosen to give no information (yet).I did have the stairs fixed, but the house is old and there is a fair amount of disrepair beside that.
