Looking for a realtor to help with purchasing an airbnb!

I'm looking for assistance with purchasing an airbnb, and would like someone who knows all about airbnbs. Figured it's easier to ask on here where I can get someone who already is in the know about airbnb. I'm wanting to go the route of condo's considering most of Florida seems to have tight regulations depending on where your buying. For the post part I would like to purchase a property closer to the water. Areas of highest interest are clearwater beach as well as surrounding areas , Miami Beach, Orlando within proximity to Disney world. Those are my main areas that appear to have good a good return on investment. If you are an agent, or know one that could fit what I'm looking for please let me know thank!
