I certainly don't want take away from them, but before I commit to a realtor for a transaction I want to make sure they're the type of realtor I want to work with.

Doing so, I've uninvited fans of chaos and am inviting those with high integrity who are committed to being hope to the hopeless, financially free, contagious carriers of happy.

So, I am committed to starting my real estate business full time.

I have been researching enough to know that the New York City market is a tough one and I am not sure how I am planning to build my wealth yet but I have a strong commitment to do it through Real Estate.  

Because like he said: "we needed to start learning to make commitments and stick to them".That kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

If you weren't already committed to gutting the surround reglaze or replace would be a toss up, but since you're already tearing out the tile replacing the tub is definitely the way to go.

As an agent it's tough for me to dedicate time to you if you don't commit to me and you work with 3 or 4 of us to find your deals ya know?

I know this will take time and a lot of hard work, but I am motivated and committed to succeed for me and for my family.  

There are all sorts of worse case scenarios I can create in my mind to not make a commitment. 

We made a commitment to putting 15 homes under contract in November and December and it has paid off big time for us.  3 deals closed 4 getting ready to start and 5 other contracts still going waiting for short sale approval.Well it's time to double down,  I'm starting today to work my farm.
