Next step would be to send out this property to the buyers list so I can double close or what not, but if they want to look at the property before we actually close (like most buyers will want to), can I just give out the lockbox code to them?

I think instead of telling some of the new guys what NOT to do, some of us can highlight what we HAVE done to educated new guys/gals just the same
