Wholesaling off MLS and REO's Legality question

Hello, I'm planning on wholesaling REO's and I am a broker. So here's my question. Lets say I make a offer with the listing agent, they and they accept. By this time, I have the lockbox code etc. so I have to try to sell the property now. Next step would be to send out this property to the buyers list so I can double close or what not, but if they want to look at the property before we actually close (like most buyers will want to), can I just give out the lockbox code to them? I don't think that would work, since I've heard of realtors giving out lockbox codes to others and was banned from being a realtor etc. Please let me know what best way to handle showing a property to your buyers before you actually close on the deal. Thank you!!
