I use their deposit to clear out the trash, my handyman likes the extra scrap recycling money, landfill & City drop off (paint, used oil, batteries, etc.) handle the rest.  

in Portland they just decided or passed an ordinance that any home older than about 1935 to demo it has to be deconstructed by hand with as much recycling as possible.. that adds 15 to 40k to your demo bill.. if you bought 6 months ago that could be most if not all of your profit. 

Mostly recycled ideas you could easily find for free.

It's just feeding the cow to keep it on the milking floor. 

A newer property in very good condition will require less per month NOW, than an older property that has been milked dry by a prior owner.

She has $100K + in student loans, but she choses to be lazy and instead milk the system for welfare benefits.

Seriously though, the *VAST* majority of condiments, beer, and beverages (non-milk) people have in the fridge... all should be fine for way more than 4 hours with the refrigerator door closed.

I think this model makes a lot of sense as the “provider” can make a wholesale fee and then their investors can recycle capital.
