jon, you bring up a good point with the licenses...i had thought about that and asked in an email..i'm guessing she'll answer back tmrw if she has the credentials or not...as far as the law, maybe nc mark or someone else will know as i'm not sure if they must have the license or not...i'm still not crazy about the 10/hr to show the property...she has no incentive i feel like to get a contract...also...what constitutes an hour?
