a few I have encountered after successful screening them (at least I thought).1. they lose a job   2. sugar daddy goes byebye   3. they move in others  4. afterwards they do drugs  5. they have kids  6. kids grow up and either them or friends are gangster !

The way I see it is ive put a lot of money, blood , sweat, and tears into buying and rehabbing and providing a nice house for someone to live in, that all I ask is for them to take care of it and call at the slightest problem.

Just like every hobby or business, it takes blood, sweat and tears to be successful.

I am putting about $10,000 into it immediately, along with a lot of blood, sweat and tears (more on that later).

There is no signed in blood "you are locked in" contract with HUD.

It's been some blood shed by the larger investors in my market who over leveraged prior to the slow down...

I returned from a trip to Ft Collins and while the city is beautiful and has some nice attractions, I think it is a bit rich for my blood at this point.

So, I'd like to hear of experiences or philosophies regarding cold blooded pets, good or bad, please.

But gun fights and blood stains definitely count as "property damage" I don't want.

It's a great way to have bad blood in the family to do these things in secret.
