recently heard that this area has a community developed, called Pradera Oaks (CR51/CANNON RD, Bonney, TX 77583), developed by Wan Bridge, advertised as affordable and has a big rent market and has the potential to appreciation.

This is especially true in smaller communities like Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community but have plenty of real estate experience, being licensed in Atlanta for several years.  

I thought I'd better go to a source I trust more, the Bigger Pockets community.

I expect it has impacted 100-150 communities housing prices/shortage across America.

If you understand your own craft and understand the dynamics of the culture and community, you will thrive.

Eric,Pueblo has a lot to offer - Arkansas River Walk, Pueblo Reservoir, Arts Center, Family owned restaurants, Arkansas River activities, close to mountains, Colorado State University -Pueblo Campus, Pueblo Community College, home grown produce - known for peppers, and pumpkins, less traffic, driving distance to Colorado Springs and Denver.
