I'm curious...is anyone here part of a mastermind group?

Unfortunately, our investors and a chunk of our mastermind students who bid on assets and had verbal agreements that they were the approved buyers on a Friday afternoon found out on Monday that Chaz/Granite sold the asset to someone over the weekend.  

By then, people are done with  me and calling back the gurus who promise them riches in exchange for joining a $25k mastermind. 

As I was looking for information on developing a mastermind group, I started reading (listening on audible really) to The Success Principles by Jack Canfield.

I have 2 kids (6 & 10) and it’s tough to get to all the local REIA meetings at night (there is always something going on with softball, tennis, dance, etc...) but I can make time during the day.I am thinking 1-2 times a month for either coffee, lunch or happy hour to network with other investors, talk local markets & perhaps start a mastermind lite group over time.
