Well my 9-5 prior life had me inside Ford and GM as a project manager balancing the UAW and outside contractors paired with the concerns of production and the safety dept...so the city is now the safety dept, my rental income is production, and my team is the UAW/contractors.

Our corporate tax rate paired with our university system, and population growth are drawing big businesses to NC.

It is helpful to utilize an extra pair of eyes.

I take sellers interview them and see if I can pair them up with buyers.

Then you can sell it to a developer that will have the option to build a pair of homes or take it through the SP process to increase the density further.You will probably make the most if you partner with a builder and develop the land.
