The one in Rio does very well and always with a mix of locals and international travelers from all over. 

They're going to want to vet the deal themselves, so show them how much money you can make and why you're so confident.

If you’re confident they aren’t presenting your offers, I would go directly to the broker, regional manager, whoever is responsible to the agent, and lodge your complaint.

I can go to 1 place and get this part of my life and business taken care of with confidence. 

She said it was unfair because there could be something that traveled from the tenants above them (it’s a 3 story 3 unit building).

I am looking to gain as much knowledge and connections as possible, so I feel confident taking the next steps.
