Hi everyone, 

I am so excited and grateful to become a part of this community. I've been listening to the podcast for months, and I am now a Real Estate Agent and looking to start investing.  Right now, I want to learn as much as I can about strategies and the market, and I want to build connections. I am looking to gain as much knowledge and connections as possible, so I feel confident taking the next steps.  If anyone has any tips and sources for beginners or just wants to talk real estate, please let me know!
