We purchased one at the beginning at March (almost 3 weeks ago), had been told by the foreclosing attorneys office that they were awaiting on the DUP on 3/14, and then notified via email from their office that their client had rescinded the sale on 3/18.

Unless you want your bookkeeper in your house/office whenever they feel like it, you're looking at hiring an employee which is too complicated IMO for the size of your portfolio.

I will also be super surprised at how many buyers he actually brings to your listings and they close.Maybe check with the other agents in the office if they have the same deal?

I'm a bit full as far as being available to mentor or anything like that.There's 2 agents in my real estate office (a team) that will find a deal, line up a bid with a trusted contractor, and do an entire flip for you (they will let you be as hands on or totally passive as you want). 

I don’t know of anything threatening office for most overbuilt.
