Escrow Officer/ Closing Attorney
Can someone please recommend an experienced and investor friendly Closing Attorney in Columbia, SC. I can not seem to find a closing attorney that is willing to work with wholesaling or creative financing(assumable mortgages) in the area. I am sure there are some out there.
