Oakland California doesn't maintain an official list of units. instead they push people to affordablehousing.com I have units that are nice but like I said in the post the area they are located in isn't the nicest. because of this I have to do more active marketing for the units. 

Keep in mind, that these policy changes have not been officially implemented but is being recommended to the commission by the staff that performed analysis and recommendations based on analysis.

UPDATE- we have now had our 2nd official estimate.

We have a good relationship with the city officials and have discussed a bond to extend services and to include in the city limits. 

My next meeting in November should be the last before I'm officially ready to make the leap.
