Exhaust hood above stove or hood and microwave together?

I get exhausted with emailing or handing out apps, answering phone calls etc especially when there's tenant turnover. 

Always great seeing others from Connecticut on the forums.Have you exhausted all of your conventional loan financing options?  

I'm a firm believer in "it's cheaper to keep them" but it does become exhausting chasing rent every month. 

The mental exhaustion just isn’t there anymore and I’m grateful for that.I’ve ran into quite a bit of road blocks since leaving my 9-5.

Maybe you’ve exhausted every ounce of skills and education you feel you could from an accounting job and then you become a CPA for investors?

I am exhausting every option possible to take advantage of this opportunity. 

We first have to:file a tax return (mid-2019 at the earliest)get audited by the IRS and have this deduction disallowed (late 2020 at the earliest)exhaust all IRS appeals options and be forced to sue the IRS in the Tax Court (2021)get the case actually considered by the Tax Court (not before 2022)We're not waiting for court cases.

@Joe SplitrockThat’s so scary , I guess that’s part of the risk need to take when buying old homes .In my country China , homes built 10 years ago we call old homes , and I only buy homes built within 5 years there :((The structure to Buying real estate in U.S has wore me off, the condition of each house /the rules/the process /the law ,etc. feeling Exhausted .I m hoping this house will bring good luck .
