The title is sort of being cute since the author is JD CPA...  

Just bought a cute bungalow near downtown.

My farm house for example, has tons of cow/chicken/barn decorations that make it sooo cute but when I lived there full time it was more family pics less decor...same with the beach houses-we do some wacky fun things that make people feel like they are living the beach life, even if its just for a week. 

And if it's a tiny house, it needs to be cute and feature clever use of space.  

Hi, I have been a member to the site for a while but never really got involved, my bad :oops: I am a Realtor working for a new home builder in a very hot area of West Palm Beach and I don't mean hot because it is 90 degrees out.Anyway the area is called Loxahatchee/Royal Palm Beach, it is only a 10 min drive to West Palm Beach, cute mom & pop family village type of place with A+ schools, so people from other parts of the state are moving here to avoid the rat race and raise their children in a nice community with good schools and not far from civilization (shopping).

I am a self-employed graphic designer and my wife is a hair stylist.

It is cute but the staircase is tight.

However, I'm looking to change that, and part of that is starting to become an active member on these here forums.Right now I work as a web designer and developer, but I'm branching out into some blogging and thinking about some freelance graphic design.I have a couple goals when it comes to real estate: I want to diversify from a completely stock market based investment strategy.
