I love real estate and as an Interior designer, I've done lots of kitchen and bath makeovers for potential flippers...I've been to seminars that have asked for anywhere to $2000 to $25000 for their expert mentoring and advice, but the bate and switch along with the cost always scared me away.Now I'm ready to take the first step that makes the most since...join a community of investors and find a mentor!

Regardless her income source, she turned into hell on wheels when lover-boy came home and started terrorizing the neighbors.  

To the "land lovers" out there, I have an opportunity to purchase two parcels (about 0.80 acres per parcel) side by side in an area with development around them (so not directly in a subdivision, but with frontage access to a secondary highway).  

We don't wanna deal with hearing couples fighting (lovers' quarrel etc) while studying, etc.Aren't we entitled to limit sharing out kitchen and bathroom with the same sex/gender?

I am terrified of the so called "Rat Race" described by Robert Kiyosaki in Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I love real estate and see it as a way to do what I love as well as become financially independent.I have been studying real estate for awhile now, particularly wholesaling, and want to get started taking my first step to action.

One of the reasons I love real estate is the acronym that makes it the I.D.E.A.L. investment.

Some banks charge fees and tend to have lover APRs while others (e.g., US BANK) don't charge any fees but have higher rates. 

Also, you do not get to know how much the rent will be until you go through the entire process... then at the end they say take it or leave it.Bob      Charming!

But I would amend that to just be, make your money at what you are best at and stay in a hotel of your choice whenever and wherever you want...If you love real estate and taking care of your customers, then maybe a STR will work for you.
