Hi, I'm Carmen and I've been wanting to flip houses for the last 15 years!  I love real estate and as an Interior designer, I've done lots of kitchen and bath makeovers for potential flippers...I've been to seminars that have asked for anywhere to $2000 to $25000 for their expert mentoring and advice, but the bate and switch along with the cost always scared me away.

Now I'm ready to take the first step that makes the most since...join a community of investors and find a mentor!
