Hey BP I'm a 20 year old student at UK studying finance and computer science and I work at Dayton Freight as a forklift driver part time. I am terrified of the so called "Rat Race" described by Robert Kiyosaki in Rich Dad Poor Dad, and I love real estate and see it as a way to do what I love as well as become financially independent.

I have been studying real estate for awhile now, particularly wholesaling, and want to get started taking my first step to action. However, I feel like i need guidance.

If there is anyone in the Lexington area that has experience in wholesaling or REI in general I would love to talk, meet up, maybe grab some lunch.
