I normally charge all my business expenses on my cc's and always pay off my balances every month, I just make bi-weekly payments, whatever I charged I pay off, so my cc companies extend a lot of offers.

@Wes Blackwell, I also live in the Bay Area and have been wanting to invest but due to high living costs, I have been taking my time to see where my money can go further...I am currently:Preparing my finances (lower CC debts, increase savings for down payment, etc...)

I pay the water bill on my busines credit card as there is no fee to do this with the city (I get 2% back with my cc)  In addition, the water bill is a utility that is a write off for each property for the landlord.

I would say that Euclid, south of Route 2, is more of a C/C- area than a B.
