I normally charge all my business expenses on my cc's and always pay off my balances every month, I just make bi-weekly payments, whatever I charged I pay off, so my cc companies extend a lot of offers.

I pay the water bill on my busines credit card as there is no fee to do this with the city (I get 2% back with my cc) In addition, the water bill is a utility that is a write off for each property for the landlord.

I would say that Euclid, south of Route 2, is more of a C/C- area than a B.
