Cool to hear a CA native planting his roots there.

Hello everyone,I'm a native Memphian looking to get into the market here.

It's all about the debt-to-income ratio, which by their calculations, they dismissed everything out of hand since it is just slightly below what the mortgage would be.I think I am set on relocation next Spring, although I am a California native and love Humboldt County very much. 

It's a beautiful waterfront property but was inexpensive due to being on Native American land. 

I'd also love to know more about your story investing in Atlanta from California (I'm in the Bay Area, but an Atlanta native).

It will be a Gold Mine in 5 yearsAs an L.A native, It's kind of crazy to hear people saying South Central or Inglewood will be the next hot area.
