I am active duty Navy and looking at moving in the same direction you are in real estate investing in the Columbia, SC area. 

I don't live there, but I have family in Jeff City, Columbia, Springfield, and Rolla.

You want a place that someone can keep if their family situation changes, getting married, having kids etc.I came across one deal in Columbia, SC that was for 25 units for $225,000.  

I just talked to Columbia Bank and they assured me that they sell all of their mortgages to FNMA and do not hold any in house.

We are currently located in the Columbia County area and we are looking at small multifamily units.  

I'm in Columbia. 

Based on my experience as an investor over the past 10 years, working with nearly 100 property managers in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Charlotte, Columbia, and other markets, I’ve come to the conclusion that most property managers who focus on the management of single family rental housing, for the reasons below, provide a poor quality of service.

(Yay) I got the property at 35000. 3bed 2 bath 1200 sq ft structurally sound in st Andrew Columbia sc area.

I'm interested in learning more about wholesaling real estate I'm in columbia school , I'm clueless on how to start to find serious motivated sellers and buyers, can anyone point me to the right path to real estateq succes?
