Brandon recently made a short YouTube video about what should someone do with 150k I think and it was very helpful but it's hard to find much content that is giving solid genuine advice without a sales pitch. 

Tax credit syndication is not my area of experience or expertise, so hopefully a tax credit syndication expert will chime in.Most of the syndicators you'll see on BP, podcasts, YouTube, etc will be doing the first type, where they raise capital from passive investors to acquire or develop real estate.Some developers use syndication to raise equity, others have the capital on their own, I know some who use JVs - so the answer is it varies/it depends!

Today I went though and watched a couple of You Tube Videos BRRRR videos "again" and yes, they do al say that they were going to hold onto the property for a few months, or for 6 to 7 months, then refinance. 

Hi Jim,So you know what you need to do, but bounce around all day....Does that get it done, or are you doing other things like watching Bonanza on YouTube all day.If it's getting done, then you'll only need to make some small changes (if at all).If something like the Cartwright's on YouTube, Hoss, Adam, Ben and Little Joe are wasting your "DAY" time...then you have a motivational issue to overcome.But lets put it in Simple Terms here, You are the "New Hire" on this job, and the Boss simply gave a project to complete--a big one, and no direction as to HOW to do it.Everyone works differently.

While I’m new to the REI arena, I believe I have a good grasp of the RE lingo/ terms as I have spent the last couple of months reading, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, taking notes, building a plan of action.
