Rental Property Maintenance Issues

Hey BiggerPockets community! I have one rental property at the moment and it has a lot of minor maintenance issues. I have a running list of the issues that need to be fixed and can't spend anymore of my free time tackling them. Does anyone have advice on where to find reputable/honest companies/general contractors or general handy man services in the San Antonio, TX area? I'm looking for someone that can tackle it all at a reasonable price vs researching and hiring a bunch of different specialists.

@James O don't overlook a 'handywoman'. I have one who started as a cleaner but is capable of cleaning, painting, caulking, tiling, light electrical and plumbing. She watches youtube videos; she is a gem!
