In San Diego roofs last a while due to mild temps.  

Currently looking for a great deal on a multi-family property in the Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe valley. 

The tenant was negligent by leaving the water on in freezing temps with no heat in the house.

Of course you just had to have a body temp over 80-deg to get a loan back then. :)

I'm a new homeowner in the Phoenix, AZ Metro (specifically Tempe, AZ), an Arizona Native and an ASU graduate.

The elderly ladies decided to crank the a/c so cold (64deg F) that the subsequent heavy condensation forming on the old metal venting started dripping through the ceiling tile & dining room light.They finally compromised with a higher temp, bought a dehumidifier & have repainted the ceiling tiles. 

These areas are very close to GCC(Gateway Community College) and ASU's main Tempe campus.Hope that helps!

The amount of experience and quality of team have to be a little more seasoned to take on some of these bigger projects.Is anyone out there having difficulty finding the high end fix and flip investors in the greater Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe area's?
