Are There Any More High End Buyers in Phoenix Right Now??

Hey guys, I sell way more lower priced homes in the 100-300 range in the greater phoenix area more so than I do in the higher ranges.  I know that there are way more opportunities in the lower price range and there's a lot less risk.  The amount of experience and quality of team have to be a little more seasoned to take on some of these bigger projects.

Is anyone out there having difficulty finding the high end fix and flip investors in the greater Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe area's?  Is anyone looking to network to achieve common goals?
