I just applied what Renatus taught me.It has real estate as its theme but it is a true big picture roadmap to wealth in: Business, Insurance, Buy and hold rentals, Flipping, Taxes, Business and personal credit, Retirement planning and on and on.Finally, the instructors are consistently updating the education that you get access to for life.

Not having seen the property its hard to say what those upgrades are but an example might be that in the era when the house was built there was a theme of everything being painted grey.
