This months speaker is about Re-Habbing and the costs involved and pitfalls to avoid. 

I was at a city landlord training and the speaker there warned that providing a rent credit to a tenant would be considered payment, even if money didn't change hands.

As a motivational speaker, however, I cannot support that "ethic" because I find it highly unethical and lacking integrity.I encourage you to learn how to be a better mentor.

We do two things – 1) a monthly workshop-style meeting where we have guest speakers followed by open discussion, 2) a monthly social where we gather for a more casual networking experience. 

Inspirational speakers must be magically qualified as the best investors

I'll be honest and say sometimes the meeting speaker is hit or miss as far as educational content. 

Just be careful, many of the groups have a guest speaker who is selling there education or coaching.
